As a result of artistic reworking, D’Artagnan was transported to the times of Louis XIII, the father of Louis XIV, and the names of his friends and enemies, found in various memoirs and diaries, acquired traits and biographies that did not correspond to their prototypes… Dumas settled his heroes around Paris, marking the addresses of their meetings, residences, duels…
And these addresses are now located in the most interesting districts of Paris. A journey through them is a journey through a centuries-old city with all its history, culture, and beauty.
